The price of a Going Europe program depends on the length of the trip. A detailed overview of the prices and services can be found here.
- What happens with my child in the case of an emergency?
If there is an emergency related to your child, you can rely on our staff and the local partners throughout Europe. We have more than 15 years experience in performing and supporting these programs and can fall back on a well-rehearsed network which guarantees the best possible care for your child. Additionally, we can always be reached on our 24 hour hotline during the season and in reverse can inform you of any possible incidents or developments. - What if there is an emergency in the family?
During the season we run a 24h hotline where we can be reached in case of emergency. If you cannot reach your child, we can establish contact through the tour guide. - What happens if my child gets sick during the journey?
Our partners throughout Europe have widespread contact with medical facilities in each destination. Of course you will find out from us first, if your child gets sick during the trip and we will then keep you informed until the problem is solved. - My child gets homesick – what can be done?
For young people at this age it is perfectly natural that they become nervous especially before the trip and are gloomy when they start the trip. In this case it often helps to talk about and repeat the positive aspects of the pending trip and to discuss why he/she initially wanted to go on the trip. During the journey our tour guides will take care of participants who are homesick – the possibility to call home is always there. - My child cannot eat everything – can he/she still take part?
For organizational reasons we are not in a position to offer special diets. There is always the possibility for a vegetarian meal. - My child has to take medication - is that a problem?
Regular mediation during the journey is easily guaranteed. We would ask you to provide the medicine in the original packaging with instructions and in case of loss to provide a reserve.
